Operation 111

A phone number (i.e. 111) can be set up for anyone to call directly after receiving an unwanted "telemarketer" call where that 111 system will record the last number dialed to the household/cellphone now calling "111". Once that number is recorded, it will instantly be added to the blocked list which can be set up nationally to not be allowed to dial out (basically shutdown). This would work similar to dialing *69 to call back the last number calling into one's home phone line.
