Using crowdsourced information a database is built of annoying calls and smartphone apps and hardware devices for POTS can check the number against this database. Depending on the number of times this call has been reported a score is generated. If the score exceeds the threshold set by the user, based on percentage, the call is rejected by answering and playing the number disconnected SIT to remove the users number from the robodialer's list. The best part of this system is it will allow the FTC to easily track annoying calls and investigate.
