If you play football, or any sport for that matter...you are often part of a team. However sometimes a team misses a player....and on the other side, there are players that want to join a team. Subench is your solution...it connects the players with the teams that are missing a player and vice - versa.
In later version it will also support matches and match planning. You can design your own leagues and tournaments. Everything is connected to facebook and teams will have their scores on the site.
