We believe that in order to truly raise awareness about environmental issues, such as the state of the Chesapeake Bay, an incentive is needed to attract new eyes. With Treehood, a healthy amount of competition is created among neighbors. Individuals can take on challenges that have a positive affect on the environment, and track their progress against competing neighbors. With an overall Treehood ranking system, the incentive is derived from competitive nature.
